This page sets out the terms of service, including additional charges for each additional kilometer and additional hour, as well as the conditions for using our chauffeur services in the countries where LimoLane operates.

Conditions, Supplements and Cancellation Policy – EUROPE

LimoLane guarantees transparency and clarity for its services, specifying all the conditions applicable to clients in European countries. Below you will find information on rates, supplements and conditions for our chauffeur services in Europe:

• Prices are exclusive of VAT, the price will be subject to VAT depending on the tax regime of the country and the type of service.
• An hourly service is a service that ends, in terms of both kilometers and hours, when the driver returns to the town where the client was picked up.
• Surcharges may apply in the event of heavy traffic, tolls and parking.
• Night fare (22:00 to 07:00): +20%.
• Public holiday fare (Sundays and national holidays): +20%.
• Special holiday fare (Christmas, New Year, May 1st, August 15th and Easter): +50%.
• When booking without using the self-booking option via the LimoLane App, a 5% surcharge will be applied on standard fares.
• Rides booked less than 12 hours in advance may have a price increase of up to +20%.
• The fares in this price list may vary slightly depending on the period and the province, depending on the season.
• The rates applied are always and in any case those that can be consulted during the booking process via the LimoLane App, the self booking tool web Limolane.net or quotation received via the booking office.

All conditions stated in this paragraph are an integral part of the rules of engagement of our services.

Transfer Km Rates – Italy

Below are the rates for mileage and additional hours for transfer in Italy, calculated on the basis of kilometers driven over the distance included in the service.

Transfer Km Rates – France

The following rates apply only to kilometers and additional hours for transfer services in France and are calculated on the basis of kilometers  in excess of the distance included in the service.

Transfer Mile Rates – UK

The following rates apply only to additional mileage for transfer services within the UK and are calculated on the basis of additional mileage traveled over and above the distance included in the service.

Transfer Km Rates – German & French Switzerland

The following rates apply specifically to additional kilometers traveled during transfer services within the German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland, calculated for distances in excess of those originally included in the service.

Transfer Km Rates – Italian Switzerland

The following rates apply exclusively to additional kilometers covered during transfer services within the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, calculated for distances beyond the original service allocation.

At LimoLane, we’re committed to being transparent and honest in all the services we provide. Below you’ll find important information about additional charges and specific terms and conditions that apply to LimoLane chauffeur services, including applicable taxes, holiday surcharges, waiting times and more. To ensure a smooth experience when booking and using our services, review these terms and conditions carefully.

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The final price will be subject to sales tax or other applicable taxes based on the tax regulations of the state and the type of service provided.
• Surcharges may apply in the event of heavy traffic, tolls and parking.
• Night fare (22:00 to 07:00): +20%.
• Public holiday fare (Sundays and national holidays): +20%.
• Special holiday fare (Christmas, New Year, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter): +50%.
• The fares in this price list may vary slightly depending on the period and the province, depending on the season.
• The rates applied are always and in any case those that can be consulted during the booking process via the LimoLane App, the self booking tool web Limolane.com or quotation received via the booking office ([email protected]).
• All conditions stated in this paragraph are an integral part of the rules of engagement of our services.
• If 2 city transfers are booked with less than 2 hours between the first and the second, one service will be considered as Hourly Service.
• Fares are considered for trips to the center for destinations/departures from different addresses the miles radius fare will be applied.
• Waiting times:

1. For rides from the airport, a 45-minute wait from the time the flight lands is included. We will check timetables to ensure punctual service and avoid unnecessary waits.
2. For rides departing from all other addresses (home, office, train/bus stations, etc.), a 15-minute wait is included. Any additional waiting time beyond the included minutes will be calculated on a non-fractional hourly basis.

• Ordinary rates, in the case of event organization, are not valid. Rates ad hoc will be applied based on the location, number and type of vehicles.
