Another option is to take the shuttle bus from Marseille airport to Saint Charles train station.

The airport has an Airport-Marseille Centre bus service, which connects it to the city center with no stops. The average journey time is around 25 minutes, but may vary depending on timetables and traffic.

The shuttle bus to the center of Marseille runs daily, every 15 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes in the evening and early morning. 

The first shuttle from the center to the airport leaves at 4.10am and the last at 11.30pm. Conversely, the first shuttle from the airport to the city center leaves at 4.50am and the last at 0.10am. Timetables may vary depending on the season.
